Welcome to CPC’s technical support. Please take a moment to read the warranty information below. Selecting “I Agree” means that you have read the information and are in agreement with the terms allowing you to continue with the RMA process.

CPC WARRANTY INFORMATION

All CPC products, unless otherwise negotiated, have a 12 month warranty from the date of shipment. All our products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship during this warranty period.
All product purchases are warranted from the date of shipment. CPC will repair or replace, at its option, any product found to be defective during the warranty period.

CPC shall have no responsibility for any defect or damage caused by improper installation, modification, misuse, neglect, inadequate maintenance, accident or for any product which has been repaired or altered by anyone other than CPC. CPC also shall have no responsibility for any damage which may occur during shipment of returned equipment for repair. The warranty will be invalid if any alterations are made to the circuitry or the hardware components. Damage due to static discharges will void the warranty, as will application of excessive voltages.

CPC’s obligation from a warranty claim shall be limited to repairing or at its option, replacing without charge, any product that in CPC interpretation proves to be defective within the scope of this warranty.
CPC must be notified in writing of the defect of nonconformity within the warranty period and the effected product(s) returned to CPC within fifteen days after discovery of such defect of nonconformity.
All units are shipped from the factory with service seals on the outer chassis covers and inner sub-module covers. Removal or breakage of these seals without authorization by CPC service personnel will void the warranty.

Buyer modifications to any product supplied by CPC systems will void the warranty
Buyer shall prepay shipping charges, taxes, duties and insurance for products returned for warranty service. CPC will pay return shipping returned within the United States.

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NO OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL APPLY TO THIS PRODUCT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL CPC BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH SAID PRODUCTS AND CPC NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY REPRESENTATIVE OR OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY OTHER THAN SUCH AS IS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN.

Note #1: There is a limited warranty on "repaired" items of 1 year from the Date of Repair (DOR). DOR is the date on the Test Report or Shipment documents from CPC.

Note #2: CPC will only acknowledge zero or one dollar debit memos. CPC will not recognize debit memos of any higher dollar amount.

Note #3: CPC reserves the right to refuse delivery of returned products that are not marked with a valid, CPC issued RMA number.
